Outfit of the Day: Zara & Kate Spade
Hey there my love bugs! Sorry for neglect of the blog for 10 DAYS! Oh my goodness. It’s been a long, long week. I wanted to share a look from a previous trip to the park with my little papash, Izek. It might seem a bit over dressed for that occasion, but the park trip was unplanned and figured I might as well shoot the look I wore that day. In other news, I’m prepping for the Grammy’s this Sunday. This will be my first time attending and I can’t wait to share with you guys the dress I went with. Since the Grammy’s attire is free game and it’s all abut showcasing your personal style, I went with a dress that really represent what my style is all about. Fun & flirty!

In Aspen Colorado
Hey there my sugar pies! I’m blogging to you all the way from the very icy frigid Aspen Co.
We took a family vacation this week to celebrate Izek’s 3rd birthday here and enjoy the snow for the first time. If you’re an avid viewer of my YouTube channel, then you know that I’ve been craving a real winter wonderland. I’ve never touched or seen real snow in my entire life until now and it’s just so magical, cold, and powdery. I love it here! The residents here are so blessed to be around beautiful scenery all around.
We rented a cabin in the middle of the mountains and we are just enjoying the bright white snow that blankets this city as we relax in our cozy home for the week.

Aspen Colorado Look #2
Today is our 4th day in Aspen and we are so excited that it’s been snowing all day long! Lots of tiny snowflakes falling everywhere and it’s just a magical view to witness. I know I sound overly excited about snow, but it’s my first time in my 26 years of life that I’ve been around such a wonderful snow flurry! I woke up this morning to see everything white outside and I’ve really enjoyed sitting in our front porch, in the middle of nowhere, watching the snowflakes fall so peacefully in such a quite place. This trip has been so good to my soul and has re energized me in ways I can’t even share with you because of my lack of words. Making memories and spending time with the people I love is what I love to do.

Rediscovering My Style
I’m going through something. Something positive. Not sure what it is, but I believe it might be a spiritual awakening. Too soon to tell, but I just feel different and I can’t put my finger in exactly what “it” is. I feel like a new person and I’m eager to share this process with you. All of you. This is making life more beautiful though because I know that there’s more to life than what we see. What we experience in 3D. I’ve been trying to reach my inner self. The real me who has always been sort of “peeking” through my eyes. My soul.
As I’m going through this, I’m also rediscovering my style. Wearing things that truly make me feel comfortable. Styling outfits that resonate with the deeper “me”. I never thought about it this way, but I’ve always known that clothes should represent the person and the story they’re trying to tell about the individual. You might see a subtle change or you might see a drastic change in the way I dress. I’m not sure yet, but I’m on a mission to discover that.
This look just feels right.

There’s many aspects of this outfit that I love. It’s comfortable and modest to a degree that made me feel good. I’m also wearing my new SJP Collection ‘Allison’ booties. Such a wonderful shoe in a color name that fits perfectly, luggage. They are very easy to walk with and I can see myself wearing these for about 8 hours….Just as long as the laces are not too tight!

Outfit of the Day: First Day Of Spring
Yesterday was the first official day of spring! To celebrate, I wore a little suit that I’ve had for about a year now. I first wore this look when I appeared in Project Runway. Since the day was bright and sunny, I decided that I would wear it again. I have really been in to the idea of wearing matching tops and bottoms. Today as a matter of fact, I went shopping for Coachella and bought another set from American Eagle (My Coachella looks from last year were mostly from AE). Anyway, I can’t wait to start putting all of my looks together for this years festival! Any of you going?

Outfit of the Day: Jumper Stumper
I recently bought this jumper at American Eagle a couple of days back for Coachella. The fit was great, and I thought it would be a great part of an outfit for the festival. Since the fabric is breathable, it keeps me cool throughout the day, but also protects from the cool air at night. It has been hanging in plain view inside my closet, and I just couldn’t resist wearing it today while out running errands. I may wear it again at Coachella, but with a pair of black booties and a military jacket.
Today I paired this jumpsuit with a bright yellow cropped jacket and kitten heels for a glam feel. I love dressing up and everyday is a new day to experiment with my style. Getting dressed and putting thought into each look really allows me to get creative. And being creative is one of the things that I love the most.

Outfit of the Day: Electric Indigo
Thank you to the lovely people from Infiniteen for sending me a few pieces from their online store! I wore this easy to wear polka dot romper because I wanted to feel comfortable and relaxed, but still put together. It was complete comfort!Very easy to pair with any color. I chose an electric indigo tone because of the makeup I was wearing that day (which I’ll have a tutorial up soon using the Electric palette from Urban Decay). Can’t wait to share! <3

Outfit of the Day: Back to Plaid
I can’t help being a repeat offender when it comes to plaid and black. And it doesn’t help when I have countless pairs of black leggings in my closet. A pretty basic and easy outfit for an afternoon spent at the commons having a late dinner at Corner Bakery and book shopping at Barnes & Noble. I bought The Confidence Code by By Katty Kay and Claire Shipman. I’m already halve way through the book and it’s great so far. It’s kept me pretty interested. So much so, that I read it through out the day whenever I have free time! And that usually doesn’t happen with many books. I’ll have to review it once I’m done!

Outfit of the Day: Sunday Look
How was your weekend? Hopefully great! Mine was perfect, just the way I like it. Slept in till about 11 AM, filmed a Target haul, went to see the movie Bears (AMAZING and very touching), saw Howie Mandel there, came back played with my papi, and now I’m watching Devious Maids as I work on this post. Wonderful Sunday indeed.
